Recipe Ingredients for meat loaf

2 lb 90% ground beef
1 1/3 c oats
1 c skim milk
1 c carrots
1/4 c onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for meat loaf

  1. shred carrot and onion. mix remaining ingredients.

  2. bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
