Baked meatloaf with two mozzarella string cheese sticks baked inside.

Recipe Ingredients for Meat Loaf

2 eggs
3/4 cup skim milk
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp basil
1/8 tsp black pepper
16 oz lean ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
56 g String Cheese

Recipe Directions for Meat Loaf

  1. In medium bowl combine eggs and milk. Stir in bread crumbs, and spices (except for dry mustard). Add ground meat, mix well. Pat mixture into 8x4x2 loaf pan, tucking two string cheeses into the mixture.

  2. Bake in 350 oven for 1 to 1.25 hours. Spoon off fat.

  3. In small bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spread over meat.
