I changed my recipe a bit to try to lower the calories a bit, my original was 650 calories per serving so this is better

Recipe Ingredients for Meat Loaf Janeal Style

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 eggs
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon celery salt

Recipe Directions for Meat Loaf Janeal Style

  1. Place all ingredents in a bowl and blend together (I use my hands)

  2. Preheat oven to 325

  3. Place mixture in loaf pan

  4. Bake for 60 minutes
