the flavors of a good Italian ragu Bolognese. a rich meat sauce traditional to the bologna region of Italy-were the inspiration for this meat loaf.

Recipe Ingredients for meat loaf bolognese

3 serving Garlic Cloves
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.33 tbsp chopped Onions
0.33 cup, chopped Carrots
0.33 cup, diced Celery
3.951 oz Ground Turkey
1 oz Ground Pork
2 cup Bread Crumbs
10.5 serving Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 dash Pepper, Black
2 packet Sauce, Spaghetti

Recipe Directions for meat loaf bolognese

  1. 1.heat the oven at 35o degrees. Lightly spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

  2. 2.Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook onion, carrot, and celery 5 minutes of until softened, stirring occasionally. stir in garlic; and stir 30 seconds.

  3. 3. Gently combine onion mixture, turkey,pork, bread crumbs, egg white, 2 teaspoons of the Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mound loaf mixture in a loaf pan, smoothing top.spoon spaghetti sauce over top; sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning.

  4. 4. bake 40-50 minutes or until no longer pink in the center and internal temp. 165 degrees. serve meat loaf with sauce.
