Low fat version of an old favorite!

Recipe Ingredients for Meat Loaf # 3- Egg Substitute and BBQ Sauce!

2 pounds 90/10 ground beef
1 large yellow onion
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup water
1 tsp dried thyme
4 tsp garlic
1 cup barbecue sauce

Recipe Directions for Meat Loaf # 3- Egg Substitute and BBQ Sauce!

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Chop the onion. Set aside.

  3. Mix the beef and the egg substitute.

  4. Add the onions. Mix until well integrated.

  5. Add the water. Mix until absorbed.

  6. Add the thyme and garlic. Again, mix until well distributed.

  7. Shape in a loaf-shaped pan. Put in the oven for 40 minutes.

  8. Take out. Top with barbecue sauce. Put back in the oven for another half hour, or until thoroughly cooked.

  9. Add more sauce after cooking if desired.
