Recipe Ingredients for Meat Loaf # 2

1 lb 90/10 ground beef
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 small yellow onion
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons garlic
1/2 cup catsup

Recipe Directions for Meat Loaf # 2

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Dice the onion.

  3. Mix the meat, diced onion, egg beaters, thyme, and minced garlic in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Shape in a loaf-shaped pan. I recommend lining the pan with tin foil.

  5. Cook at 375 degrees for half an hour.

  6. Take out, top with catsup. Replace in the oven for another half hour
