Recipe Ingredients for Meat Loaf #1

1 lb. 90/10 ground beef
1 small yellow onion
2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Recipe Directions for Meat Loaf #1

  1. Preheat the oven to 375.

  2. Dice the onion, beat the egg.

  3. Mix everything except the BBQ sauce together in a large bowl.

  4. Form in a loaf-shaped pan.

  5. Put in the oven at 375 degrees for half an hour. Top with BBQ sauce.

  6. Put back in the oven for half an hour.
