Meat-Celery-Pea Casserole served on rice or toast

Recipe Ingredients for Meat-Celery-Pea Casserole

1 lb ground beef, cooked
1 can Cream of Mushroom, low sodium
1 cup peas
1 cup celery
1/2 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Meat-Celery-Pea Casserole

  1. Cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain and rinse

  2. Thaw peas, Finally chop celery

  3. Mix 1 can Cream of Mushroom and1/2 cup milk (or less should be thick still)

  4. In a microwavable bowl layer cooker meat, celery, peas and top with Cream of Mushroom/milk mixture.

  5. Sarin wrap over the top of the bowl and cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Cooke for an additional 5 minutes.

  7. Stir, and loosly cover bowl, cook for a final 5 minutes.

  8. Serve over rice or buttered toast.
