Recipe Ingredients for Meat balls

500 g lean ground beef
400 g lean ground lamb
168 g red onions, chopped
10 g garlic, crushed
3 tbsp cumin
15 g bread crumbs
1 tbsp coriander
1 egg
1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 (800g) canned chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Meat balls

  1. mix the meat, onions, bread crumbs, garlic, cumin, egg in a bowl.

  2. Split the meat into small round balls about the since of a golf ball.

  3. Cook in the olive oil, browning the outside

  4. add the tomatoes and the lemon juice

  5. simmer for about 15 minutes.

  6. And serve!
