Impossible pie with spinach, broccoli and corn

Recipe Ingredients for Mean Green Veggie Pie

1 1/2 cup broccoli
2 cups spinach
2/3 cup corn
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
2/3 cup low fat mozzarella
1/3 cup low fat cheddar
1/2 cup egg beaters
7/8 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/8 teaspoon Tony Chachere's seasoning

Recipe Directions for Mean Green Veggie Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Chop broccoli and spinach into bite sized pieces, place in 9" pie plate that's been sprayed with Pam.

  3. Add corn

  4. Top with the two cheeses

  5. In a bowl; mix egg beaters, milk and Bisquick thoroughly.

  6. Pour egg batter over veggies.

  7. Sprinkle Tony Chachere's seasoning over the top. Add any other non-salt spices you may enjoy.

  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes and serve
