Recipe Ingredients for Mean Green Juice

16 oz Granny Smith Apples
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
67 grams Kale
11 grams Ginger Root
0.5 fruit (2-3/8" dia) Lemons
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber

Recipe Directions for Mean Green Juice

  1. 1. Wash all fruit and vegetable thoroughly

  2. 2. Peel or slice off Lemon rine leaving some of the white pith behind.
