Recipe Ingredients for Mean Green Juice

255.18 grams Kale
255.12 grams Cucumber, Peeled
9 oz Celery
1 oz. Ginger Root
9 oz Granny Smith Apples
1/2 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons

Recipe Directions for Mean Green Juice

Wash all, dry all, cut into pieces that will fit into juicer chute. (Also, remove peel from lemon, leaving a little white pith; peel ginger). Alternate hard veg/fruit with leafy/soft veg/fruit.
