Recipe Ingredients for Meal in one

1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c onion
19 oz diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
2 c carrots
3 c fusilli
1 c fat free yogurt
1 c fat free cottage cheese
1 c low fat cheddar, shredded
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Meal in one

  1. brown ground beef and onion

  2. add diced tomatoes and spices

  3. boil water

  4. add carrots cook 10

  5. add fusilli to carrots continue cooking 7 min

  6. drain

  7. in a bowl mix yogurt, cottage cheese, flour, parsley

  8. add 1/2 meat mixture to casserole dish

  9. add 1/2 fusilli

  10. add 1/2 meat

  11. add 1/2 fusilli

  12. bake at 350 for 25 min

  13. add cheddar

  14. bake 5 more minutes
