2 cups dried yellow beans
1 onion
3 carrots
1 cup green peppers
1 cup wakame seaweed (1/4 cup dried)
1/4 cup jalapeno
1 tbsp paprika
4 links bedder chedder sausages
1 cup corn
1 tbsp turmeric
1 cup okra
1 cup celery
411 grams (one can) diced tomatoes & green chilis

  1. rinse and sort beans

  2. boil in 4 cups water

  3. cover let set over night

  4. put in slow cooker with rest of ingredients

  5. cook til beans are tender
