Recipe Ingredients for me ma's vegetable cheese bake

1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup green peppers
2 cup broccoli
2 cup peas
2 cup green beans
2 cups carrots
14 grams (2tbsp) dried seaweed
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp turmeric
2 oz feta cheese
2 oz cream cheese
2 oz cheddar cheese
2 oz mozzarella
1 tbsp jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for me ma's vegetable cheese bake

  1. Cook vegetables, seaweed and garlic til vegetables are tender, drain

  2. Melt feta, cream cheese, cheddar and mozzarella

  3. Grind 1/4 cup of the walnuts and stir into melted cheese

  4. Stir jalapeno and turmeric into cheese mixture

  5. Stir vegetables and cheese mixture together

  6. Put in 3/4 cup in 8 single baking dishes

  7. Chop 1/4 cup walnuts and mix with grated parmesan

  8. Sprinkle with parmesan and chopped walnuts

  9. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 min or until warmed through and cheese melted.
