Like mac and cheese but made with spaghetti squash.

Recipe Ingredients for McSquash and Cheese

4 cups spaghetti squash
2 tbsp brummel and brown
2 tbsp whole grain flour
1/2 cup fat free milk
3 ounces cheddar

Recipe Directions for McSquash and Cheese

  1. Cook squash in oven or microwave. Pull out squash with a fork.

  2. Shred the cheese.

  3. In a sauce ban cook the margarine and the flour until the flour smells cooked (but not burned).

  4. Add milk and shredded cheese, stir until thick.

  5. Add in squash, stir to coat.

  6. OR serve squash with sauce poured over the top.
