170 grams Whole Wheat Flour
30 grams Sugars, Granulated
9 grams Baking Powder
4 grams Salt
1 1/2 tsp Ener-G Foods Egg Replacer
233 grams Water
13 grams Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for McPolanders Vegan Pancakes

Mix dry ingredients first, create a depression in the middle, then add egg replacer, then pour in wet ingredients. Mix gently until everything is combined, but still a little lumpy. Works great with Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips (which are vegan).
