Two delicious egg "McMuffins" that is less calories than 2 of McD's McMuffins.

Recipe Ingredients for McMuffin

2 Light English Muffins
2 Eggs
38 g (2) Slice of Cheese
53 g (4) Slices of Canadian Bacon

Recipe Directions for McMuffin

  1. Toast english muffins.

  2. Crack 1 egg into a small round bowl of similar circumference as the english muffins. Be sure to break the yolk.

  3. Nuke in microwave for 2 mins.

  4. Do the same for the 2nd egg.

  5. Put 1 slice of ham on the bottom of each muffin, place egg on top.

  6. Place a half a slice of cheese on each egg.

  7. Place the remaining ham on top of the cheese on each sandwich.

  8. Place top of english muffin on each and enjoy.

  9. Can also take them and put them in the microwave for 30s to melt the cheese if desired. I find it melts itself just fine.

  10. Can serve with an orange.
