24 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh Cutlets
0.75 medium Red Bell Pepper
1 serving Diced with Basil Garlic and Oregano Tomatoes
1 large Onions
1 serving Cooking Stock
1/4 cup Flour, All Purpose
4 tsp Roasted Garlic Olive Oil

  1. omit salt from this recipe.

  2. Mix flour and all the spices except the red pepper in a small bowl. Coat chicken.

  3. Cook chicken in hot oil in lg. skillet on med-high for 3 min. each side or until browned.

  4. Remove from skillet and saute red, green bell peppers slices with the onion cut in wedges.

  5. return chicken to skillet and add chicken stock and diced tomatoes.

  6. Bring to bubble deglazing the skillet then reduce heat and cook until chicken is cooked through.

  7. Add crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
