3 pounds pork roast
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for McCormick BBQ Pulled Pork Crockpot meal

  1. place pork in slow cooker

  2. Mix McCormick seasonings, ketchup, brown sugar (firmly packed), and vinegar until blended.

  3. Pour over pork.

  4. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.

  5. Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred pork using 2 forks. Return pork to slow cooker.

  6. Mix and heat with sauce before serving
