Recipe Ingredients for Mc Muffin

1 Whole Wheat English Muffin
2 Egg Whites
1 slice American Cheese
1 tbs Ketchup
2 slices Ham

Recipe Directions for Mc Muffin

  1. Spray pan with PAM cook Egg Whites When done lie slice of ham then cheese over top to heat/melt

  2. Toast (or Not) English Muffin

  3. Add Ketchup to sided of English Muffin
