5 1/2 servings Kitchens of India - Kashmiri Rogan Josh sauce
226 4/5 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 1/2 serving Success Boil-in-Bag Basmati White Rice
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for MB Chicken Rogan Josh

  1. You can either bake the chicken and shred it or saute the chicken in a tablespoon of oil until cooked. The calorie count assumes that you're doing the later; if you're baking and shredding, you can remove approximately 60 calories per serving.

  2. Dice chicken. Add tablespoon of oil to pan, and saute chicken until cooked through.

  3. Alternately, you can roast the chicken on a non-stick pan at 375 degrees for approximately 35-50 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check temperature.

  4. Cook a bag of rice according to the instructions on the box.

  5. Reduce heat to low and add sauce. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

  6. Pour sauce and chicken mixture over rice and serve.
