Home-made mayo with no preservatives or weird stuff.

Recipe Ingredients for Mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
8 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Mayonnaise

  1. Break egg into processor

  2. Add dry ingredients

  3. Whirl until blended

  4. While processor is running,

  5. Drizzle in oil SLOWLY

  6. When mayo is thick, add vinegar (can use lemon juice instead - "serving" is 1 Tbsp in this recipe!

  7. Keep refrigerated, use within 2-3 days

  8. If mayo separates, whisk briefly while adding 1 Tbsp hot water
