Recipe Ingredients for mayonnaise (homemade)

1 medium Egg, Whole
1 cup Rice Bran Oil
1.5 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled

Recipe Directions for mayonnaise (homemade)

Wizz up egg, lemon juice and mustard then gradually (but it doesn't take long!) add the oil until it reaches the consistency you like (it will turn white as you add)
