Recipe Ingredients for mayo-less tuna salad

0.5 cup Chunk Light Tuna in Water
0.25 cup Shredded Carrots
1 strip (4" long) Celery
0.13 cup, quartered or chopped Apples
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tsp Honey Mustard
1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Hummus
0.5 ounces Voskos Greek Yogurt (Plain, Non-Fat)
1 wedge yields Lime Juice
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for mayo-less tuna salad

  1. chop celery, onion and apple into small cubes.

  2. mix with shredded carrots and tuna

  3. separetaly mix greek yogurt, hone mustard, hummu, salt, pepper and lime juice to create the dressing

  4. mixed the dressing into the tuna and veggies

  5. serve on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato
