1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.3 head raw Bok Choy
0.4 cup Asparagus
0.8 oz Strawberries
0.2 cup raw Blueberries

  1. Combine all fruit and wheat grass (optional) and blend with a dash of water

  2. add veggies with another dash of water

  3. blend until smooth
