My husband's favorite casserole from a recipe his mother gave to me. Very Simple!

Recipe Ingredients for Matt's Tatertot Casserole

1 pound hamburger
16 oz. mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. tater tots

Recipe Directions for Matt's Tatertot Casserole

  1. Brown and crumble hamburger. Drain and Rinse. Spread crumbles in large glass baking dish. (8X12)

  2. Spread frozen mixed vegetables in a layer over the hamburger.

  3. Spread the 2 cans of soup over the vegetables.

  4. Arrange each frozen tot in rows, pushing them down into the soup until the whole thing is covered.

  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes until the tots are brown and the soup is a little bubbly.

  6. This recipe can easily be halved and made in an 8X8 square glass baking dish.
