1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 cup honey
4 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
29 oz. pumpkin
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 1/2 cups evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. ground ginger
16 pillsbury pie crust

Recipe Directions for Matt's Homemade Pumpkin Pie

  1. Cook down pumpkin, then mix in spices then milk.

  2. Add to unbaked pie crusts.

  3. Bake at 350 for 45+ minutes.
