It was amazing w/ real Hamburger and a metric ton of cheese... Let's see how the healthy version goes over. Makes 9, 4 oz burgers with a smidge leftover for 2 bigger patties.

Recipe Ingredients for Matt's Burgers

2 lbs Ground Turkey
1 pack Ranch Dressing Mix
1 packet Onion Soup Mix
4 oz Shredded Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Matt's Burgers

  1. Thaw Turkey.

  2. Mix everything together several hours before cooking. (The longer it soaks up the flavors the better.)

  3. Form into 8, 1/4 lb patties.

  4. Sear on a very hot grill so burger will hold it's shape, then cook on medium till done.
