Recipe Ingredients for Mattar Paneer (no Paneer, just more veggies)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1 small onion
1/4 teaspoon ginger
3 garlic cloves
2 large tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
3/4 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 cup water
1 cup peas
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 green bell pepper
1 zucchini
400 g potato
