200 g frozen green peas
200 g cottage cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
10 g cumin seeds
10 g coriander
1 tbsp oil
2 g bay leaves
1 tomato
1/2 onion

Recipe Directions for matar paneer sukha

  1. put the oil in the pan

  2. chop onions and wait until brown

  3. put all the spices and salt and make a rich brown paste

  4. now put the chopped tomato

  5. after it gives a pasty appearance, put the cottage cheese and peas in the paste and simmer for about 10 minutes

  6. serve hot with chapati
