Recipe Ingredients for Master Cleanse

2 tblsp organic lemon juice
2 tblsp organic maple syrup
1 tblsp organic cayenne pepper
8 oz. water

Recipe Directions for Master Cleanse

combine all ingredients in a tall glass or water bottle, stir/shake, drink at least 3 8oz. servings a day for a minimum of 3 days. Longer the cleanse, the more drastic the results.
