Makes 1 serving



Drink from 6 to 12 glasses per day for at least 10 days. Start each morning with a quart of lukewarm water with 2 t of sea salt. End each evening with a cup of Senna Leaf (laxative) tea. Come off the fast slowly: Day 1: Several 8 oz. Glasses of fresh orange juice Day 2: Orange juice& make up fresh vegetable soup to be drunk (mostly, some veggies ok) with only a few rye crackers Day 3: breakfast: OJ. Lunch: Soup. Dinner: vegetables & fruit per appetite. No meat, fish, eggs, bread, pastries, tea, coffee, or milk. Day 4: as per appetite, sticking with a vegan diet, if desired.

1/20 t cayenne pepper
8 oz water, distilled
