Simple baked pasta we make at least once a month.

Recipe Ingredients for Mastaccoli

1 lb Penne
23 oz Pasta Sauce
2 c mozzarella
1/2 lb ground beef

Recipe Directions for Mastaccoli

  1. Cook pasta until al dente (approx 8-9 minutes)

  2. Brown meat and drain fat.

  3. Layer Pasta, meat, All of Sauce and cheese in large baking pan.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees, 20-30 minutes, or until Cheese is melted and bubbling.

  5. Let sit 5-10 minutes before cutting into portions.
