Raw kale dressed with lemon, olive oil and honey with grapes (or mango, or other choice)

Recipe Ingredients for Massaged Kale with Fruit

3 cup, chopped Kale
1 medium raw Lemon
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 cup, seedless Red Grapes

Recipe Directions for Massaged Kale with Fruit

  1. Remove stems from raw kale and tear leaves.

  2. Zest and juice the lemon (discard lemon) and add to the kale with the salt and olive oil.

  3. Squeeze & toss kale by hand (massaging) the dressing into the kale for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add honey and squeeze/toss another 30 seconds.

  5. Toss in fruit and serve.
