Recipe Ingredients for Mass Curry

750 grams Potatoes, Boiled
225 grams Onions
130 grams Celery
310 grams Cauliflower
745 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 cup Vegetables, Mixed
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
15 grams Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened
50 grams Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
4 tbsp Indian Curry Sauce
8 serving Pacific Evaporated milk

Recipe Directions for Mass Curry

  1. Sautee onions, potatos and celery for about 10 min.

  2. add water, and veg

  3. in separate pan, fry chicken when cooked, add to veg mix

  4. add rest of ingredients and let simmer for about 40 mins.
