Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Taters w/Cauliflower

3 pounds potatoes
1 head cauliflower
1 cup skim milk
4 T butter

Recipe Directions for Mashed Taters w/Cauliflower

Peel and chop potatoes, add to pot. Chop cauliflower into same size pieces and add to pot. Add salt, and cover w/water. Boil and cook until done. Drain and put back in pot. Add milk (more/less as needed) and butter, mash completely.
