Healthier alternative to typical mashed potatoes!

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Sweet Potatoes

22 oz raw sweet potatoes
1/4 cup fat free half and half
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Mashed Sweet Potatoes

  1. Bake sweet potatoes at 350 for 45-60 minutes, until soft. Allow to cool enough to handle.

  2. Scoop potatoes out into medium bowl, add remaining ingredients. Mash until well combined.
