A Healthier take on mashed sweet potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Sweet Potatoes

4 cup,+cubes sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (or thyme works well too)

Recipe Directions for Mashed Sweet Potatoes

  1. Wash and peel sweet potatoes. Cut into 1-2 inch cubes or leave them while. Bake or boil the potatoes (30-45) min, or until done.

  2. In a medium bowl, mash potatoes with a potato masher or fork. Add butter ginger, cinnamon and rosemary. Whip until smooth with hand mixer.
