Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Parsnip

710 g sweetpotato (2 large), peeled and cubed
123 g parsnip (1 average sized), peeled and cubed
30 g onion (about 1/4 small), diced
20 g celery (1 med stalk), diced
1 clove garlic, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 c water
1/8 tsp savory
1/4 tsp oregano
1/16 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp marjoram

Recipe Directions for Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Parsnip

  1. Spray cooker with non-stick spray

  2. Combine all ingredients

  3. Cook on low for 5-7 hours

  4. Mash when finished
