Recipe Ingredients for mashed rutabagas

1 medium rutabaga
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp margarine
1 c 2% milk

Recipe Directions for mashed rutabagas

  1. peel and quarter rutabaga and boil in water.

  2. when done, drain. add salt and margarine and mash. then add milk and mix more. Serve.
