A low fat version of mashed potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Red Potatos and Roasted Garlic

3 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 clove Garlic
5 spray I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spray
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Mashed Red Potatos and Roasted Garlic

  1. Use Roasted Garlic or cook minced garlic with the potatoes

  2. Cut up potatoes and boil until soft

  3. Drain Potatoes and place in food processor or blender

  4. Add salt, pepper and roasted garlic to taste

  5. Blend or process the potatoes until smooth

  6. Hint: Use a hand held blender
