1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp salt

  1. peel and quater potatoes

  2. bring 1 pot of water to boil and boil potatoes for 30 minutes

  3. drain potatos then mash to preferred consistancy

  4. stir in butter and half and half.
