These are plain ol mashed taters... I love to add garlic, brocolli/cauliflower or cheese when I want something a little extra!

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes

5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1.5 tbsp Light Sour Cream
2.5 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Mashed Potatoes

  1. Peel and wash potatoes.

  2. Cut potatoes into even sizes.

  3. Boil potatoes until tender, drain, mash and add sour cream and butter. Yum!
