Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes

10 medium russet potatoes, peeled & cubed
3/4 cup skim milk
4 tbsp. ICBINB Light
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes in a large soup pot with 1 tsp. salt until fork tender.

  2. Drain potatoes and return to pot.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and smash. You could use a mixer to make them really smooth.
