Recipe Ingredients for Mashed potatoes

2 pounds potatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp margarine
1 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Mashed potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes 35-45 minutes over high heat.

  2. Drain, shake dry

  3. Mash potatoes in pan with potatoe masher

  4. mix with milk and margarine.
