Makes 4 servings



Lightened using butter substitute and non fat milk. May also use non fat sour cream.

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed potatoes

5 potatoes, small
4 cups water
3 tsp butter buds
1/4 cup milk, nonfat
2 tsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Mashed potatoes

Peel potatoes and boil in a medium sauce pan until fork tender. Drain potatoes and return to warm pan. Mash potatoes, add butter flakes and margarine. Continue mashing and add milk, a little at a time until potatoes are mashed and creamy.
