Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes

5 medium potatoes
1/2 c. raw cashews
1/4 cup margarine
1 c. water
1 t salt

Recipe Directions for Mashed Potatoes

Boil potatoes whole till soft. Blend water, cashews and salt. Break up potatoes and add cashew "milk" and butter. Mash together, add any herbs desired.
