Recipe Ingredients for Mashed potatoes

1038 g yukon gold potatoes
82 g shedd's spread
84 g fred meyer fat free sour cream

Recipe Directions for Mashed potatoes

  1. Rinse and cut potatoes (leave skins on)

  2. Boil with granulated garlic powder until fork tender

  3. drain and return to pan or serving bowl

  4. add cheese, butter, sour cream & seasonings to taste (I used Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb)

  5. Mix on medium until well blended and fluffy
