Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes

12 oz Potatoes, Boiled
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Mashed Potatoes

  1. Cut potatoes and cook in salted water for about 10 minutes or until cooked.

  2. Mix with butter, sour cream, and enough water to mash with electric mixer.

  3. Top with paprika if so desired.
